Therapy is personal work.
It is an investment in time, money, trust, emotional energy, and a genuine commitment to yourself.
And the situations that bring people to me rarely fit neat into a once a week hour.
I work through an intensive container, which provides concentrated, uninterrupted time built around what you're actually carrying, not what a standard session length allows.
The investment reflects that level of time, attention, preparation, and individualized care.
For complex or layered work where a longer container allows us to remain with the process rather than compress it into a few hours.
18 hours · $6,000
3 day intensive
For work that benefits from additional time and space across two days.
12 hours · $4,200
2 day intensive
A deeper, uninterrupted day of therapeutic work with enough space to follow the work beyond the first layer.
6 hours · $2,400
For a defined issue, an urgent decision, or one concentrated piece of work; Or for clients who want to begin with a shorter intensive experience.
3 hours · $1,500
I intentionally limit the number of Intensive clients I take on at any given time. This isn't a scheduling inconvenience, it's what allows me to give each Intensive my full clinical attention, rather than splitting focus across a full weekly caseload.
When you book an Intensive, I reserve that time exclusively for you, and I prepare for our work together in advance by reviewing your intake, planning for what you've shared is bringing you in, and staying current in my own training so I can meet you at the depth this work requires.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours from the start time notice are subject to the full Intensive fee, except in cases of genuine emergency.
This is the part that cannot be replicated in a standard 50 minute appointment.
There is room to slow down.
To pause.
To follow what emerges.
To notice when a protective part steps in.
To stay with something instead of stopping because the hour is over.
An intensive isn't several ordinary therapy sessions stacked together.
It's a different therapeutic container designed to give meaningful work enough room to unfold.
Once we've determined that an intensive is appropriate, we'll choose the format that fits the work.
You'll receive the agreement, payment information, and preparation materials before we begin.
Your intensive is reserved once the required paperwork is complete and payment has been received.
You'll receive your workbook approximately 5–7 days before the intensive so you have time to prepare intentionally rather than arriving cold.
We choose the container.
Every intensive begins here.
This isn't a brief consultation where we decide whether I "take your insurance."
We spend 90 minutes understanding what brings you here, what has happened, what you're hoping will change, your relevant history, and what your system may need from an intensive.
We'll also determine whether an intensive is appropriate and, if so, which format makes the most sense.
The $325 consultation fee is credited toward your intensive.
If I don't believe an intensive with me is the right fit, I'll tell you.

Every intensive includes a post-intensive debrief.
We take time to integrate what happened, identify what needs continued attention, and talk about what support makes sense from there.
For some people, the intensive is a contained experience and they continue independently.
For others, ongoing therapy is useful.
When clinically appropriate, ongoing weekly or biweekly IFS therapy is available after completing an intensive with me.
60-90 minutes
Post-Intensive
Time to integrate what you've experienced and determine what comes next.
a post-intensive debrief
Preparation and reflection materials to support your work before and after the intensive.
A Personalized Therapeutic workbook
Your intensive is reserved specifically for you, without the interruptions and time pressure of a standard session.
Dedicated therapeutic time
Your intensive is planned around your specific needs rather than a predetermined protocol.
Individualized Preparation
A thorough history, assessment of your goals, and determination of whether an intensive is appropriate.
A 90 minute pre-intensive consultation
I intentionally keep my intensive caseload small so I can prepare for and be fully present for this work.
focused clinical attention
The 90 minute pre-intensive consultation is where we determine that together.
an intensive isn't for everyone

You Don't Have To Travel Across The Country To do this work
You just need to know that what you're carrying deserves more room than you've been able to give it.
Start with the 90 minute pre-intensive consultation.
We'll talk about what's happening, what you've already tried, what you're hoping will change, and whether an intensive is the right next step.
you don't have to know exactly what you need.
