Virtual IFS Therapy · Maryland & Virginia
When being capable becomes the only version of yourself you're allowed to be, success stops feeling like freedom.
This is therapy for the ones who look accomplished on the outside and are exhausted on the inside. We go beneath the surface patterns and build a life that feels as good as it looks.
Most therapy helps you manage.
IFS helps you understand.
Internal Family Systems therapy is uniquely suited for high achievers because it doesn't treat your patterns as problems to eliminate. It gets curious about them.
The part of you that over-prepares, the part that can't slow down, the part that says yes when everything in you wants to say no. These aren't character flaws. They're protective parts that developed for good reason and have been working overtime ever since.
In our work together, we get to know those parts. We understand what they've been carrying and as they feel genuinely understood rather than managed or suppressed, they begin to relax, making room for the calmer, more grounded version of you that's been there all along.
I understand the quiet fear that if you stop pushing, something important will fall apart. You can bring that here.
✓ You over-prepare and over-deliver because coasting has never felt safe
✓ You're the strong one for your family, your team, your community
✓ Your achievements are real but feel hollow or exhausting to maintain
✓ Rest feels productive only when it serves your next goal
✓ You've tried therapy before but want something deeper and more aligned
✓ You understand your patterns intellectually, but still can't stop them
✓ You want to stop managing your life and start actually living it
Sessions are 55 minutes, virtually, and rooted in Internal Family Systems. We don't just talk about your problems from a distance, we go toward them, with curiosity and care, and work with the parts of you that have been carrying things alone for too long.

Ongoing IFS Therapy
We start with a conversation. No forms, no pressure. Just a chance to see if we're a good fit and if this approach resonates with what you're looking for.
We take time to understand your full story...what brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you want your life and internal world to feel like.
Weekly or biweekly sessions where we work with the parts of you that strive, protect, and push through, building a genuine relationship with yourself from the inside out.
Chronic worry, hypervigilance, and the mental replay that won't shut off — even when life looks fine from the outside.
Early experiences, childhood wounds, and the intergenerational patterns quietly running your present-day choices.
The exhaustion of being the strong one for your family, your team, your community, and never having a safe place to put it down.
The relentless inner voice that measures your worth by output and finds you perpetually falling short.
The parts of you shaped by your history, your identity, and the particular weight of who you've had to be in different rooms. We work with all of it.
Heaviness, disconnection, and the flatness that can settle in when you've been running on empty for too long.
